Terms
Clear expectations before work begins.
These website terms support - not replace - the specific price and scope agreed for your vehicle locksmith attendance.
Quotes and guide prices
Published prices are realistic guides that help customers understand likely value before enquiring. Vehicle specification, security codes, key type, location and attendance time can change the final price. We confirm price, scope and ETA before dispatch. Any materially different or additional work is explained before it proceeds.
Vehicle authority and safe access
You must be legally authorised to request work on the vehicle and provide reasonable identity and ownership evidence. We may decline or pause work if authority cannot be verified or conditions are unsafe.
Guarantee
Every key and remote supplied by Yorkie Car Keys is covered by a 12-month guarantee, together with included programming and workmanship within the agreed scope. This whole-range cover is a commitment we have maintained for years. Damage, misuse, unrelated vehicle faults, depleted batteries and changes made by others are not automatically faults in our work.
Payment
Use your vehicle registration as the bank-transfer reference. Card payments are processed by SumUp through the embedded payment widget, under SumUp's applicable terms. Never send card details or a PIN to Yorkie Car Keys by message.
Customer job passes
A job pass is intended for the customer or trusted person selected by the customer. Anyone holding an active link may be able to open the information it covers, so do not post it publicly. We may expire, replace or revoke a pass to protect customer information. Helper passes are deliberately limited and do not show agreed prices or customer paperwork.
Third-party content and availability
Google review content, what3words location tools and external payment services depend on their providers and an internet connection. Links are provided for convenience and attribution. This website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or network reasons; urgent customers should call.
